Balance/Playbook Update


Hey everyone! Dusty here, with a hot new update. This one focuses on balancing it to be more fun for the GM side; currently, its a little hard to effectively hurt the players without being unfair!. As such, I've decreased the initial stats to be a sum of +2, and added in a new damage range. I believe this should balance out with momentum and reactive moves such as taking blows to make the game much fairer on both sides! There are also other updates, which you can see below! Changelog V8.3

  • Made failing on Death Defyer more rewarding
  • Clarifications to damage on both the enemy and player side
  • New damage ranges; Horrifying and Devastating (10-12, 14)
  • Changes to intial stats and leveling stats
  • Changes to playbook moves
  • Significant changes to Willed and Mentor base moves.
